A request for a Periodic Review of Development Agreement DA89-01, for the period through April 4, 2007, as required under Zoning Ordinance Section 30-95.1. The applicant requests Design Review approval for a retail center and associated improvements located south of Mitchell Avenue Extension and east of Fifth Street Extension. The site is located along the eastern end of the former FISC Site (Tract 7884) within the M-X Mixed Use Planned Development Zoning District.
