The City of Alameda's Civic Center Parking Structure, located at Oak Street and Central Avenue, is offering a special holiday introductory price for weekday parking permits (Monday through Friday only). The cost is $35.00 per month.

In addition, monthly parking permits for Monday through Saturday are also available for the reduced price of $45.00 per month. Permit holders will be able to park in any designated space on the fifth and sixth floors, and will have a guaranteed space with limitless in and out privileges.

Spaces are limited and parking permits will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. The permit holders will be assured this price for 12 months.
